Shipping and Return Policy

We ship Mondays and Tuesdays in Eco-Friendly packaging via Fed Ex and USPS Priority to the continental U.S. (Fed Ex requires a physical street address and can't deliver to a P.O. Box). For states west of Kansas, we recommend Monday shipping. If you'd like to ship our homemade goodness to Hawaii and/or Alaska or are interested in 2-day and/or overnight shipping, please e-mail us or call us @ (646) 410-3857.

We hand-deliver in Manhattan (theatres, doorman & office bldgs.). Someone must be present to accept the goodies. 24 hour notice required. When adding your item to your basket, please let us know the delivery date and your preferred 3-hour delivery window.

In an effort of being mindful to the environment, we (as much as we possibly can) use natural and recycled products for all of our packaging.

Being that we create and bake everything fresh to order, we require 24 hour advance notice for all orders. Our hand-decorated All Butter Shortbread cookies require 48 hour advance notice.
